Residential (MEA/PEA type 1.2, >150 kWh/month) energy blocks are 3.2484 (1–150), 4.2218 (151–400), 4.4217 (>400) baht/kWh plus Ft and a fixed service charge, so a 300 kWh household pays about 4.4 baht/kWh before VAT.
